Noble As Home: The Third Floor
NOLS' Noble Hotel is a touchstone for thousands of students and grads. It's also a residence for many instructors who base on the Third Floor (and from various storage lockers) in cyclic, seasonal patterns. The tumult rises and falls with the calendar, but for many instructors, the Noble is home.
Work on the Noble continues at a frienzied pace. As many Rocky Mountain students and instructors from this long, hot summer can attest, there is still plenty of dust. Numerous extension cords stretch hither and thither like large-gauge macramé. Here's a shot of the almost-completed third floor landing. Since instructors live on the Noble's Third Floor, industrial-strength kitchen facilities are a must. Check out the new counters and appliances in the instructor cook room.

Wow this place has really evolved. Its like a 5 star hotel now. It brings back a lot of good memories.
